Chinese Soup with mushrooms and tofu

Try this delicious vegan recipe with tofu 100% china! 

Ingredients (4 persons):

๐Ÿ”ธ1 Noodle package

๐Ÿ”ธ12 mushrooms

๐Ÿ”ธFresh tofu

๐Ÿ”ธ1 zucchini

๐Ÿ”ธ3 tablespoons soy sauce

๐Ÿ”ธ1 cube vegetable broth

๐Ÿ”ธ1,5l water


  1. Before beginning the preparation, leave the mushrooms to rest in a bowl with warm water for 15 minutes.
  2. During this time, wash the zucchini and cut it into slices.
  3. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
  4. Heat water with the cube of vegetable broth, previously crumbled in a saucepan.
  5. Drain the mushrooms and cut them into strips. Add them to the mixture (tofu + zucchini). Sprinkle with soy sauce.
  6. Once the water is boiling, pour the mixture (mushrooms, zucchini, and tofu) into the water.
  7. Add the noodles and let cook (cooking time on the package)
  8. Serve in a bowl or soup plate.
